- COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL WITH HANDS.
- HEAT 1 - 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL IN A SKILLET
- USING A SMALL SCOOP, FORM RICE MIXTURE INTO BALLS.
- PLACE IN THE SKILLET WITH HEATED OLIVE OIL, COOK 3 TO 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, TURNING WHILE COOKING UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
