Ingredients: 1 lb Rice -- brown or possibly mixed Brown; 2 x Apples, large,peeled -- Cored And wild rice And sliced; 1 1/2 lb Pork, grnd -- or possibly lean Pork; 3 c. Bread, cubed -- white or possibly Whole Sausage Wheat; 1 x Onion, large -- minced; 1/2 tsp Sage -- or possibly to taste; 3 x Ribs celery -- minced Salt to taste; 4 ounce Mushrooms -- minced Fresh grnd pepper to Taste

1 lb Rice -- brown or possibly mixed Brown

Cook rice according to directions on package.In large skillet,brown pork.Add in minced onion,celery and mushrooms.Cook till tender.Stir in apples and heat through.Combine cooked rice with pork mix.Stir in bread cubes.Add in sage,salt and pepper,to taste.Use to stuff a large turkey or possibly place in an ovenproof casserole and bake,covered at 325 deg.for 40 to 45 min till done..
