Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Fat
  • 1 c. Pan drippings or possibly beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper Brown bouquet sauce (opt)

Инструкции

  1. After roasting meat in Microwave Oven remove meat from baking dish and set aside. Pour pan drippings into a bowl, leaving residue in baking dish.
  2. Allow fat to rise to the top. Skim off 2 Tbsp. fat and return it to the baking dish. Throw away any remaining fat.
  3. Reserve pan drippings and pour into a 1 c. measuring c.. Add in beef broth, if necessary to make 1 c.. Set aside.
  4. Blend flour and salt and pepper, to taste, into fat in baking dish.
  5. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 to 7 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  6. Gradually add in reserved pan drippings. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 min or possibly till thickened and smooth. Stir gravy every 30 seconds during cooking.
  7. If you like, brown bouquet sauce may be added to gravy for color.
  8. Makes 1 c.
