2 x Sweet Potatoes, cooked
3 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine, melted

1/3 c. Cornflake Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Инструкции

Cut each potato lengthwise into finger-like strips. Coat with butter.
Combine crumbs and sugar. Roll sweet potato pcs in crumb mix. Broil 3 inches from flame till lightly brown.
