Ингредиенты

  • 2 x Lamb steaks (3/4" thick)
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. Bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Horseradish

Инструкции

  1. Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt. Combine bouillon, lemon juice & horseradish; pour over lamb. Refrigerate1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Remove meat; reserved stock. Broil 3-4" from heat. Cook 5-7 min.
  3. Turn; cook 5-7 min longer, brushing with mix frequently during cooking.
