Broiled Lamb Chops With Balsamic Reduction

Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb rack of lamb cut into chops 3 chops per person Coarse salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 sprg fresh rosemary finely minced
  • 2 x garlic cloves crushed, and cracked away from the peels

  1. Preheat broiler. Arrange chops on broiler pan.
  2. In a small pot, combine vinegar, sugar, rosemary, and garlic. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min to thicken sauce. Remove garlic.
  3. Broil chops 5 min on each side for medium-rare. Season chops with salt and pepper. Transfer chops to hot serving platter and drizzle with balsamic rosemary reduction.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
