Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 4 x buns, split Melted butter

Инструкции

  1. Combine beef, chili sauce, mustard, horseradish, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings and mix well. Spread on the cut sides of buns and brush with melted butter. Place sandwiches on broiler rack. Broil about 2 inches from flame.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
