Ingredients: 1 lrg Head broccoli washed Trimmed use florets only no Stems and liquid removed dry; 1 c. Minced red sweet onion; 1/2 c. White raisins; 1/2 c. Minced pecans; 1/2 lb Bacon fried crisp and Crumbled; 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar; 3/4 c. Mayonnaise; 1/2 c. Sugar

Ингредиенты

1 lrg Head broccoli washed Trimmed use florets only no Stems and liquid removed dry
1 c. Minced red sweet onion
1/2 c. White raisins
1/2 c. Minced pecans
1/2 lb Bacon fried crisp and Crumbled
2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Sugar

Инструкции

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, onions, raisins, pecans and bacon. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, the vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar. Mix well and pour over broccoli mix. Toss gently, chill, covered, overnight and toss gently the next day when ready to serve.
