Broccoli Parmesan Fettuccine

Excellent main dish on the weeknights when you want some type of pasta.

Ингредиенты

  • 16 ounces Fettuccine Noodles
  • Pinch of salt
  • one head broccoli florets (fresh)
  • 1-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Dash of light cream

Инструкции

  1. Boil Fettuccine as per package instructions with a pinch of salt, drain
  2. Boil Fresh Broccoli florets until tender (about 4-6 minutes, drain)
  3. In a saucepan add melted butter, parmesan cheese, dash of cream on low heat, whisk until combined
  4. In a large bowl add fettuccine noodles, broccoli florets and parmesan sauce, toss well and plate.
