Рецепт Broccoli Cherry Salad
This is one of my favorite salads. Perfect anytime. Doesn't it look good!
- 5 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped or use golden raisin
- Dressing
- 1 cup salad dressing or mayo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined using a fork or wire whisk. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
