Ингредиенты

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 or possibly 2 Packages frzn minced broccoli 2 Large eggs 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. onion, minced

1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 stick butter 1 c. bread crumbs Salt and pepper

Инструкции

1. Boil broccoli 5 min and drain. Beat Large eggs; then stir in mayonnaise, cheese, onions and soup. Mix in broccoli. Put in casserole dish and bake for 40 min at 375 degrees. Heat butter and stir in bread crumbs. Spread on top of casserole after cooked.
