  • Broccoli or possibly Brussels sprouts or possibly Cabbage Butter Flavor Spray garlic red bell pepper black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Steam the vegetable till tender
  2. Cut sprouts in half. Make flowerette out of the broccoli.
  3. Spray a frying pan with butter flavor spray (not a lot of it. I've also used the Fleichmann's butter flavor stuff), add in garlic, minced red bell pepper, & black pepper. Get it warm & add in vegetables stir to coat, & singe them. I like it.
