- Cardamoms – 4 to 5
- Bay Leaf – 2
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 2 tblsp
- Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
- Mint Leaves – handful, chopped
- Curry Leaves – few, chopped
- Salt as per taste
