- Season brisket with salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings. Bake uncovered, fat side up, at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs.
- Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Lay onion on top of brisket, cover with brown sugar and add in white wine. Cover and cook 1-1/2 hrs more. Don't open oven door during cooking.
