Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. Quaker oats (quick or possibly old fashioned)
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter and sugars till light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and spices; add in to butter mix. Mix well. Stir in oats. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 min for chewy cookies. Cook 1 minute on cookie sheet, then move to wire cooling rack. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
