- After spaghetti is cooked and liquid removed, keep hot. Saute/fry chicken cubes lightly in extra virgin olive oil till golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. To the pan, add in cooked peas, along with the 1/4 c. liquid; simmer for 5 min and remove from fire.
- Next, beat Parmesan cheese into 1 egg and stir this into pan with the mix of chicken and peas. Lightly mix half of this mix into spaghetti. Serve topped with remaining chicken and peas.
