- Lightly flatten breasts. Dip in lowfat milk; coat generously with flour. Saute/fry in oil in skillet till golden (2 min per side). Remove, drain fat.
- In same skillet, saute/fry mushrooms in butter for 1 min. Add in wine. Stir in gravy and remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 5 min. Makes 4 servings. Makes 2 c. sauce.
