Breakfast Sausage & Cheese Bake

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. bread cubes
  • 2 lbs. sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. can mushrooms
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. onions, minced
  • 1 pound sharp cheese, grated

Инструкции

  1. Brown sausage, onions and mushrooms together. In a 9x13" pan, place a layer of bread cubes, layer of cheese, all of sausage mix, another layer of cheese and a final layer of bread cubes. Combine 2 c. lowfat milk, Large eggs, mustard and salt. Pour over layers. Chill overnight. Before baking, mix 1/2 c. lowfat milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and let cold 10 min before serving.
