  • 12 slc White bread
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, cubed
  • 12 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. Bread; cut bread into cubes. Toss lightly with cream cheese cubes; place in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, syrup and salt; mix well. Pour over bread mix.
  2. Cover and chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 min before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  3. Let stand 5 minute before cutting.
  4. Yield 6-8 servings.
