Ингредиенты

2 boneless chicken breasts 1 egg, whipped or possibly egg beaters 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs 2 T extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper

Инструкции

1. Rinse and dry chicken. Lb chicken with a wooden mallet. Mix egg and garlic pwdr. Dip chicken in egg mix. Coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in teflon frying pan. Heat ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven. Brown chicken quickly. Place on hot cookie sheet. Bake in oven 10 to 15 min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2.
