- Dissolve sugar, salt & oil in warm water. Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Mix all ingredients and let rise to double.
- Punch down the dough and then knead it for a few min. Let rise again till doubled.
- Shape into loafs and bake at 425 F till lightly golden.
- Variations:* add in your favorite herbs and spices to the flour (eg. garlic, dill, etc...)
