- 8 slices bread, dry, toasted and torn up
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- Few raisins
Инструкции
- Heat butter in pan, add in bread, stir to coat bread. Put in 7 x 11 pan greased, with few raisins if you like.
- Mix together sugar, Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla, and pour over bread. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees till solid, approximately 30 min. May serve with Lemon Sauce.
