Рецепт Bread Pudding
This is a very custardy bread pudding. It was the favorite of my husband. He got the recipe from a friend's mother, and brought it with him when we got married!

- Heat milk in a pan and dissolve the cornstarch into it.
- Mix egg yolks and sugar, and add slowly to milk.
- Bring to a boil, and take off heat. Add vanilla.
- Beat the egg white stiff, and set aside.
- Put the bread cubes in an oven safe dish and pour milk mixture over them.
- Top with the egg whites and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Put under the broiler for just a moment to brown the top (be careful not to burn).
- Cool and serve.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
