Ингредиенты

  • 5 c. Rolls, cut in small pcs.
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 1 x Onion Medium size cut small pcs
  • 2 x Tabls Parsley minced.
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour.

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry diced rolls, Onions and Parsley in butter till bread is crisply toasted.
  2. Beat egg, water and salt till frothy , Blend gradually the flour.
  3. Add in the saute/fry bread. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate2 hrs to stiffen.
  4. With floured hands, shape mix to the size of oranges.
  5. Lower carefully into a big kettle of boiling salted water.
  6. Cover and cook gently for 10 min, Don't open lid and peek.
  7. Drain and serve with Beef stew .
