1/2 c. butter 2 sm. minced onions 1 stalk celery, minced

2 tbsp. poultry seasoning Salt & black pepper to taste 6 c. bread crumbs

1. Cook onions and celery in till tender (not brown). Add in turkey liquid to moisten crumbs (your desired consistency).
