Ингредиенты

  • 4 quarts. zucchini, chunks or possibly sm. slices
  • 6 white onions, sliced
  • 2 green peppers, minced
  • 3 red peppers, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. pickling salt
  • Cracked ice

Инструкции

  1. Put everything but ice and syrup in crock. Put cracked ice over top. Let stand 3 hrs. Drain, but don't wash. Bring syrup ingredients to boil; add in pickle ingredients; cook about 20 min. Pack into sterilized jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 10 min.
