Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Cream together the sugar and shortening. Add in beaten egg and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; stir them in a little at a time and beat well. Mix in chocolate chips. Form into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Makes about 36 cookies.
