2 c. crushed vanilla cookies (or possibly chocolate cookies) 1 c. finely minced pecans or possibly walnuts 2 tbsp. melted butter

2 tbsp. light corn syrup (2 tbsp. cocoa if vanilla cookies are used) 1/3 c. cognac (or possibly rum) 1 c. powdered sugar

1. Mix all ingredients together and form into large marble sized balls. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Store for 1 week.
