  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 can condensed lowfat milk, sweetened
  • 1 pkt mince meat, crumbled
  • 1 c. nuts, minced
  • 1/3 c. Candied cherries, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp brandy flavoring confectioner's sugar, sprinkle

  1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except confectioners" sugar till well blended.
  2. Using about 1 tsp. mix, roll in balls; coat with confectioners"
  3. sugar.
  4. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; chill 2 hrs or possibly till hard.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
