Ингредиенты

  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 lrg Nectarine, cut into 1/2-inch pcs (about 1 c.)
  • 1 c. Boysenberries, picked over
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Cool unsalted butter, cut into bits
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced almonds

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a bowl stir together sugar and cornstarch. Add in fruit and combine well.
  3. In another bowl whisk together flour, baking pwdr, and salt and add in butter. Blend mix till it resembles coarse meal and stir in lowfat milk, stirring till dough is just combined.
  4. In a buttered 8-inch-square baking dish spread fruit mix and drop dough onto it in 4 mounds.
  5. Sprinkle almonds over cobbler and bake in middle of oven 20 min, or possibly till top is golden brown.
  6. Serves 2.
