  • 2 x Hard-ripe apricots
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grated lime zest
  • 1 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 c. Picked-over boysenberries Almond macaroons

Инструкции

  1. Halve apricots lengthwise and pit. Cut each apricot half into 4 wedges and transfer to a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan bring water and sugar to a boil over moderate heat, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Stir in zest and wine and simmer 5 min. Pour syrup over apricots and stir in boysenberries. Refrigeratemix 20 min. Serve compote with macaroons.
