This pasta salad is a great summertime comfort food. Perfect for dinner. You can take this salad on a picnic.

Bow Tie Pasta Salad with Ham and Broccoli

Ingredients:

• 8 ounces bow tie pasta
• 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
• 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 green onions, chopped
• extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta under cold water. Drain. And place in a large bowl.

Toss

together, pasta, ham, broccoli, cheese and green onions. Drizzle extra

virgin olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
