Ингредиенты
- 9 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 c. Catsup
- 4 c. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Tomato juice
- 1/2 c. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. Paprika
- 1/2 c. Pepper
- 1/2 c. Salt
- 1/2 c. Chopped garlic
- 6 Tbsp. Onion pwdr Liquid smoke to taste, (yea- right)
Инструкции
- Combine above in a large saucepan, mix well. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand till cold.
- Stir in 1 c. Jack Daniels Whiskey.
- Yield 1.5 gal.
