Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Fresh or possibly dry Datil peppers Stems removed, minced
  • 3 c. White vinegar
  • 2 lrg (32-ounce size) bottles catsup (tomato ketchup)

Инструкции

  1. Put the peppers and 1/2 c. of vinegar into blender or possibly food processor.
  2. Blend for 5 min or possibly till smooth. Put the mix into a large saucepan; add in the remaining 2 and 1/2 c. of vinegar and both bottles of catsup (tomato ketchup). Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 min. cold slightly and pour into clean glass bottles or possibly jars. Cap securely. Let "age" in refrigerator for 1 week.
