  • Boston or butter lettuce - 1 5oz bag
  • 1 oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 3 oz pecan halves toasted
  • 3 tbsp Kraft olive oil Greek vinaigrette

  1. dice apple into bowl you will toss salad in
  2. add vinaigrette and toss well to coat apples
  3. add Gorgonzola cheese (if you are prepping to toss later, place in refrigerator until ready to toss and serve)
  4. add lettuce and pecans and toss well
