- In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, lowfat sour cream, sugar, Large eggs, butter and vanilla. Whisk till well blended and smooth. Fold in pear.
- Stir in flour, baking pwdr and nutmeg till just combined. In large skillet with warm oil, drop in about one-third of batter by Tbsp.. Fry till golden brown on bottom. Turn and cook on other side till brown. Remove from skillet with a slotted spatula and drain on paper towels. Repeat procedure with remaining cheese mix and oil.
- Serve pancake immediately when hot.
- Approximately 15 min.
