I like this hot and creamy thick dish that I learned from my grandma. I gave it a little twist by adding coconut milk. Enjoy!

- Rinse pork heart and lung thoroughly with salt
- Put in a pressure cooker and cook till tender. (15mins is ok)
- Chop them all finely into small cubes.
- In a deep pot, heat cooking oil and saute garlic, ginger, and onion
- Add the pork heart and lung, and season with the salt or soy sauce, pepper, Keep stirring.
- Cook for 5 minutes then add the water. Let it simmer to tender the vegetables.
- Add the annatto solution, chili, and bell peppers and stir.
- Pour in the coconut milk. Stir more and let it simmer.
- To thicken the sauce, add the cornstarch diluted in water.
- Stirring thoroughly until the juices lessen.
- Before serving, sprinkle with freshly sliced chili for garnish
