Cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass 1 ounce Triple Sec 1 ounce Kahlua 4 ounce cold-brewed coffee 6 coffee ice cubes (fill ice cube trays with cold-brewed coffee 1-2 hours before drink preparation) 1 ounce cream (I used half and half) Whipped cream

Add 2 ounces of cold brewed coffee and a couple of frozen coffee cube to your cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass. Pour rum, triple sec and Kahlua over prepared glass. Add a float of cream. Garnish with whipped cream. I dipped the rims of the glasses in sugar-free vanilla syrup and then into the cinnamon sugar blend that I made using Swerve Sweetener. 3.2.2925

There is something about the holidays that ignites a spark in the hubby.

He is the decorator, the one with the eye for detail. When we set out to decorate the Christmas tree there are a few things that he requires.

First and foremost, holiday music. Traditional holiday music.

Next, he insists on a “theme” or a color combination for the decorations.

And of course a drink. In the past several years we enjoyed Kir Royale’s or Champagne Cocktails. This year, I opted for this Boozy Iced Spanish Coffee.

This week the Sunday Supper movement is sharing Holiday Libations.

It will be hosted by D.K. of Crazy Foodie Stunts and Alice of A Mama, Baby & Shar-pei in the Kitchen.

So in the spirit of sharing spirits, check out all these lively recipes. I am sure there is one you will love.
