Ингредиенты

  • 2 pts. cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs or possibly 1 c. toasted macaroons, crumbled
  • A little sherry or possibly rum (opt.)
  • 1/2 c. minced almonds
  • Whole cherries for garnish
  • 1/2 c. minced cherries

Инструкции

  1. Whip 2 c. of the cream and add in crumbs, cherries and almonds. Add in sherry, if using. Whip other 2 c. of cream and gently mix in. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins, top with a whole cherry and freeze. When frzn, remove from muffin tin to a plastic bag and store in freezer. Serve with a sprig of mint on the top and two mint chocolate cookies.
