Ингредиенты

  • 4-5 pound brisket
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 ounce. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Mix and pour over brisket. Cover tightly and marinate overnight (optional). Place in covered pan and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hrs. Uncover and drain. Pour 6 oz Kraft Hickory Barbecue sauce over brisket. Cook 1 hour. Slice and serve.
