%20I%20had%20a%20bunch%20of%20veggies%20that%20I%20wanted%20to%20use%20up%20before%20hitting%20the%20farmers'%20market%20again%20this%20weekend.%20So%20what's%20a%20girl%20to%20do?%20Bolognese!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere's%20what%20went%20into%20mine:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20sauteed%20all%20the%20veggies%20first%20(yes,%20I%20had%20to%20fill%20the%20pan%20and%20saute%20three%20times%20to%20get%20it%20all%20done)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20dumped%20them%20into%20the%20crock%20pot%20as%20each%20pan%20full%20was%20ready.%20Then%20I%20did%20the%20same%20for%20the%20meat.%20Stir%20in%20everything%20else%20and%20that's%20it.%20I%20let%20it%20simmer%20on%20high%20for%204%20hours%20but%20you%20could%20easily%20prep%20this%20ahead%20and%20let%20it%20simmer%20on%20low%20all%20day%20while%20your%20at%20work.%20Make%20lots%20because%20it%20freezes%20beautifully.%20All%20you'll%20have%20to%20do%20in%20the%20future%20is%20boil%20some%20pasta%20and%20dinner%20is%20done!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThrow%20in%20what%20ever%20veggies%20you%20have%20on%20hand.%20This%20is%20a%20great%20way%20to%20create%20a%20tasty%20quick%20dish%20for%20future%20meals.%20If%20you%20have%20picky%20eaters,%20use%20a%20food%20processor%20or%20blender%20to%20puree%20cooked%20or%20frozen%20and%20defrosted%20veggies%20to%20sneak%20them%20in.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20a%20great%20meal!%20And%20now%20-%20on%20to%20football.%20Tonight%20is%20opening%20night!!!!%20ARE%20YOU%20READY%20FOR%20SOME%20FOOTBALL?!?!?!!?%20Wheeeeeeeeeee!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
