Ингредиенты

1 stick (1/4 lb) butter 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly coconut lowfat milk 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal

1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. minced nuts 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1 tsp. vanilla or possibly coconut rum

Инструкции

1. These novelty cookies do not require any baking.
2. In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cocoa and lowfat milk or possibly coconut lowfat milk. Heat till boiling, then boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove pan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax or possibly parchment paper and let stand in a cold, dry place till set.
