  • KS Spinach or possibly Florentine pasta
  • 1/2 lb ham
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Slices of white cheeses (Monterey Jack, Provolone and/or possibly Mozzarella)
  2. Prepare Spinach or possibly Florentine pasta, according to package. In a skillet, brown 1/2 lb. ham in 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic. Add in 2 c. lowfat sour cream and stir till warm. Drain pasta, and put into a casserole (warm dish) dish. Fold in cream and meat sauce. Cover with slices of white cheeses, Monterey Jack, Provolone and or possibly Mozzarella, and cover and bake at 300 degrees for 20 min.
