Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. Broccoli floret (1 bunch)
  • 1/2 c. Sliced red onion
  • 1/2 c. Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Salt and pepper

  1. In bowl, combine broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, raisins and feta cheese.
  2. (DRESSING): Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice; toss with salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill for 2 hrs. (Salad can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.)
  3. Makes 6 servings
