  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 x 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn

Инструкции

  1. Crust:Cream butter and sugar, add in egg and blend well. Add in combined dry ingredients to create a soft dough. With flour dusted fingers, pat the dough into the bottom and sides of a buttered and floured 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Chill while preparing filling.
  3. Filling:Put blueberries in chilled pie shell. Mix filling ingredients and gently pour over blueberries, distributing proportionately.
  4. Bake at 350 degree F. for 50 - 60 min, till crust is brown and custard has set.
