Рецепт Blueberry Sauce
by Kara Cook

This 5 ingredient Blueberry Sauce is phenomenal served over waffles, pancakes, cheesecake, and ice cream. And it is so easy to make!

I have been making this blueberry sauce for years, and I was shocked to discover that I had never shared the recipe with you. We have it with pancakes and waffles all the time. It is especially delicious with my Blueberry Cheesecake Pancakes– which you should definitely make if you haven’t yet!

This time around, I served the sauce over a cheesecake that we bought at Costco. It was out of this world! There is no comparison to canned blueberry pie filling. Trust me, this stuff is amazing. I was tempted to lick my plate clean. It’s that good!

The orange juice adds such a fresh flavor, and it pairs beautifully with the blueberries. And unlike canned blueberry pie filling, it isn’t overly sweet. The flavor of the fruit really shines through. Fresh blueberries cost a fortune in my neck of the woods, so I always use frozen and they work just fine. But if you are lucky enough to have an abundance of fresh berries, feel free to use them. I am so jealous by the way. All we have is an abundance of weeds.
