  • 1 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 c. solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. flour

Инструкции

  1. Combine first six ingredients. Blend pumpkin and evaporated lowfat milk together. Add in this and the rest of the ingredients together. Fill 18 paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Sprinkle streusel on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
