  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 5 x Egg
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 5 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn Sugar

Инструкции

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt; stir into the creamed mix just till miostened. Mix in blueberries (batter will be thick). Fill greased or possibly paper-lined miniature muffin c. with about a Tbsp. of batter. Sprinkle with sugar if you like. Bake at 400@ for 10-15 min or possibly till muffins test done. Cold for 5 min before removing from pan to a wire rack.
  2. Yield: 7 dozen.
