Рецепт Blueberry Granola Gratin
by Karly Campbell | Buns In My Oven

Can we talk about something sweet and soft and cuddly and often times a little screamy?

Yeah. Babies.

Gah. I can never get enough babies. I would like to chew on their fat little thighs and squish together their fat little cheeks and munch on their arm rolls like candy.

Is this weird? Maybe. Don’t care, though. Babies should be edible.

So, anyway, no. I’m not having a baby. But my sweet friend Ashton is!

Ashton blogs over at Something Swanky so I’m sure you all already know her and know that she’s pregnant with her second baby – this time a little man! I’m so happy for her and her family!

Some of her bloggy friends got together to throw her a little virtual baby shower. I thought I’d bring along a recipe for a super easy, super fast dessert that looks and sounds fancy, but is actually one of the easiest things you’ll ever make in yo’ life.

You’ll need berries. I went with blueberries, because baby shower –> for a boy —> boys like blue –> blueberries. See how I brought it all around? Strawberries and raspberries work equally as well. Blackberries, too!

You’ll also need some rich and tangy Greek yogurt, a handful of prepared granola, and a tiny sprinkling of brown sugar.

I mean, not only is this recipe just 4 ingredients, it’s also super healthy. You could eat these for breakfast or a snack, but they make a pretty fab dessert that’s a bit on the lighter side. Love them!

I’m sharing the recipe below to serve 4 people, but this is easily doubled, tripled, halved, whatever. I often make just one of these for me to munch on. You can literally have these in front of you in less than 5 minutes, which is a total win!

Be sure to hop around and check out the other baby shower goodies!

Directions:

Turn your oven to broil. Place 4 ramekins on a cookie sheet.

Add 1/4 cup of granola to each ramekin.

Top with 1/4 cup of blueberries.

Scoop 1/4 cup of yogurt on top of the blueberries.

Sprinkle each cup with 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. Add more if desired.

Broil for 3 minutes or until the sugar has melted and is starting to caramelize. Keep a close eye on these or the sugar will burn. Serve immediately.

Don’t miss a post!
