Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp. blueberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Beat the oil with the blueberry vinegar onion honey and salt and pepper to taste till well blended.
  2. Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
  3. Shake the dressing once again before serving.
  4. Spoon this dressing over a colorful mixed fruit salad of wild strawberries or possibly raspberries blueberries and grapefruit.
  5. Makes about 1 c.
